About Our Management Division

Our Mission

The Management Division guides, supports, and directs every operational division so that each functions effectively and cohesively. As the community’s leadership, we are the primary stewards of our divisions’ health, performance, and integrity. Our goal is to keep VCF fun, safe, and welcoming for every member.

Core Principles

Every member of the leadership team is expected to govern themselves and their division according to these principles.

Leadership & Accountability

Managers are held to the highest standard of conduct. Their role is to mentor, support, and guide their teams so that community goals are consistently met.

Strategic Oversight

The Management Division provides direction and clears obstacles for staff. Managers are experts in their division’s operations and continuously develop strategies for improvement.

Inter-Divisional Collaboration

No division operates in isolation. Managers work closely with one another to ensure smooth communication, resolve friction, and deliver a seamless experience for the community.

Areas of Oversight

The Management Division is responsible for the health and performance of every major staff division.
Management ensures consistent and fair rule enforcement by the moderation team, and oversees the recruitment, training, and performance of moderators.
Leadership ensures SID operates with impartiality and integrity, overseeing investigative standards and confidentiality protocols to maintain a fair and accountable staff team.
This division oversees the operational effectiveness of the Department of Corrections, including shift management and the recruitment and training of its members.
Management supports the development lifecycle, prioritizes community-driven improvements, and ensures technical projects ship on schedule.

Division Managers

Prison Administration, Internal Operations, and Development are each led by their respective Division Manager.
Management does not take direct support tickets. Please file all issues through the support ticket system so they can be routed appropriately.
