Our Mission
SID upholds the integrity and fairness of the staff team by investigating misconduct, addressing threats to community trust, and ensuring all personnel adhere to our standards.
Upholding Standards
Our investigators conduct every inquiry with impartiality, thoroughness, and discretion. Members are held to a strict code of conduct and serve as role models for the entire staff team.
Our Jurisdiction
SID investigates serious violations of the staff code of conduct. Our goal is to ensure a fair and consistent process for everyone involved.Command Abuse

Misuse of administrative commands or permissions for purposes other than their intended function. A significant breach of trust.
Biased Moderation
Biased Moderation
Allowing personal feelings, relationships, or prejudices to influence administrative decisions. All staff are required to act as impartial arbiters of the rules.

Failure to Uphold Community Standards
Staff breaching the established rules of the community. As representatives of VCF, staff are held to the highest standard of behavior both on and off duty.
Disclosure of Confidential Information
Disclosure of Confidential Information
Unauthorized sharing or leaking of classified information, including internal staff discussions or details of ongoing investigations. This is a zero-tolerance offense.

Failure to Moderate
Knowingly ignoring rule violations a staff member is responsible for enforcing, or consistently applying punishments substantially more lenient than guidelines prescribe.
Mismanagement
Mismanagement
Failure of supervisory staff to properly manage their team or responsibilities, leading to breakdowns in operations, morale, or enforcement.
Accountability & Reporting
Report Staff Misconduct
To report staff misconduct, open a confidential ticket. All reports are reviewed thoroughly by SID investigators.
Reporter identity is never shared with the subject of an investigation. Whistleblower protection is guaranteed, and retaliation is treated as a Tier 3 offense.
