About Our Moderation Division

Our Mission

The Moderation Division safeguards the community by upholding our standards and keeping the environment safe, engaging, and welcoming for everyone.

Rule Enforcement & Conduct

Moderators enforce all rules impartially and professionally. They are held to a strict code of conduct and serve as role models for the rest of the community.

Ranks

Entry-level rank. Newly promoted moderators begin a 14-day probationary period during which major actions (bans, permanent mutes) require Senior Moderator or Manager sign-off.
Confirmed moderator with full access to standard moderation tools across Discord and in-game shifts.
Experienced moderator who handles ban appeals, mentors junior staff, and leads in-shift moderation teams.

Joining the Team

Written Application

Application Status: Currently CLOSED.
When applications open, submit your form through the link to begin the recruitment process.

Voice Interview

Requirement: Pass the application stage.
Successful applicants receive a voice interview invitation to discuss experience and handle scenario-based moderation challenges.

Accountability & Reporting

Report a Moderator

To report staff misconduct, open a confidential ticket with the Specialized Investigations Division (SID).
Your identity as a reporter is never shared with the subject of the investigation. Retaliation against whistleblowers is a Tier 3 offense.
